Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). Showing respect for the intellectual property rights of others is important to us, just as we expect others to respect our rights. As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are entitled to immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA for infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed and information to help locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement attesting to the unauthorized use of the material.
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Penalties for misrepresentation can be imposed under Title 17 USC §512(f) for providing false information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt attention.

It’s important to note that we may share information with the alleged infringer in any copyright infringement claim we receive. By submitting a claim, you consent to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification needs to be in writing and contain specific elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location.
  3. A statement confirming a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of those violating this policy will be terminated.
